 In September of 2002, we again traveled on one of Jerry Van Dyke's riverboat tours. This time we traveled the Rhine through Holland, Germany, France and Switzerland from Amsterdam to Basel with a side trip down the picturesque Moselle. We hope you enjoy our travel pictures from this vacation.

Day 11
Strasbourg

Today we cruised up the Rhine to Strasbourg in France.

We toured the cathedral and had lots of time to wander through the city of "high roofs and small windows".

Day 13
The Black Forest

The next day was a bus trip through the Black Forest area of Germany

Day 14
The Alsace region of France

Another bus trip today. This time it was through the lovely villages along the wine road in Alsace. We had lots of time to stop, wander and enjoy.

The area allows lots of opportunities for both wine and pastry samples as well as the opportunity to wander through the flower decked streets and colourful buildings.
